Huilian Cloud after-sales service
If any problems or malfunctions occur with the components, materials, or functions of Huilian Cloud's products during normal use and maintenance within the warranty period, and are found to be true, our company will provide free warranty services.

This warranty regulation does not apply to the following situations:

A. The product has exceeded the warranty period;

B. The user did not follow the instructions and guidelines, resulting in product damage;

C. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or structural modification by the company;

D. Unable to provide warranty card and consumption voucher;

E. Product malfunction or damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events such as earthquakes and fires.

Note: The after-sales warranty service does not include product transportation costs and does not provide on-site repair services.
